Get Answers to Your Questions
Will a garbage disposal clog my pipes?
If your garbage disposal is installed properly by a professional plumber, your pipes will not get clogged. To make sure your garbage disposal continues to operate well, only put food particles down the drain you are certain will wash away down the sewage system.
What are items I can put down my garbage disposal?
Do not put fibrous materials like celery, corn husks, artichokes or any other kind of stringy vegetable in your garbage disposal. Large amounts of pasta are another culprit for damaged garbage disposal motors.
What should be avoided in my sink drain if I don't have a garbage disposal?
Do not put coffee grounds, eggshells or other food items wash down your sink. Avoid oils, fats, grease, hair, paint, car fluids, dirt and debris.
Can I flush "flushable" items?
We recommend avoiding items that are flushable including cat litter, flushable wipes and feminine products.

BEST IN CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE GUARANTEE
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We have a 5-Star rating for a reason! We guarantee a positive experience, honest opinions and no attempts to upsell our services. With that being said the nature of drain cleaning is different for every job. An array of factors can cause secondary issues before, during and after a service call. Please read our policies for return visits and warranties below.
Warranties:
Are available for purchase at the time of service.
Warranties are not offered on clay or cast iron drain pipes or drains with roots, cracks, splits, or areas of settlement. We are not able to offer a warranty on drains where we cannot visually inspect the drain line.
Return Visits:
If a return visit is requested after the initial visit, the appointment will receive priority booking and a technician will be dispatched. Unless a warranty was purchased or we determine the service is covered, our normal service rates will apply. If the technician determines the return visit is a new or existing issue unrelated to the initial visit, our rates will be applied as a new job request.
Exceptions occur sometimes with sink, laundry and tub lines. Lines with improper plumbing, foreign objects, broken pipes, cracks, splits, settling and/or roots may take longer. We are not responsible for damages to cast iron or clay pipe drainage systems.
Billing:
Payment is due upon receipt of services unless stated otherwise. If any invoiced amount is not received by Drain Daddy within 30 days upon receiving your invoice, then the following will be applicable.
- Those charges may accrue late interest at 5% of the outstanding balance per week and further action may be pursued.
- We may condition future contract renewals/service renewals or suspend our services to you until such amount is paid in full.
