Adam has been in the plumbing industry for over 20 years. Starting as an independent contractor he focused on expanding his knowledge in maintenance, eventually becoming a lead property and maintenance manager for many residential and commercial properties across the Omaha metro. After much anticipation and planning he decided to branch out on his own and start a business specializing in drain and sewer cleaning.
Drain Daddy was founded with the focus on offering premier drain and sewer cleaning services. We put customer satisfaction above everything else while providing the highest quality of services for the right price.

Sara is the Co-Founder and Operations Manager of Drain Daddy. Her and Adam established the company in 2020. She coined the well known business name and has an extensive background in customer relations, sales, branding and marketing. Sara understands the importance of providing a best in class customer experience. She prides herself in being personable and professional. Because of her, customers can book and pay online through multiple payment methods, offering convenience and optimization.
Adam and Sara, with their diverse backgrounds, form a distinctive team dedicated to establishing lifelong rapport with their customers. It's important to note that the nature of drain cleaning varies for each job.
Return Visits
Warranties are contingent upon the condition of the plumbing.
- Our technician must visually inspect all internal plumbing prior to issuing a warranty.
- Our warranty does not cover drainpipes with pre-existing damage, specifically those made of cast-iron or clay, or affected by root infiltration.
- Should a return service be required within 30 days, a discounted rate will be applied for the subsequent visit.
During the drain cleaning process, there is a chance of water surcharge, and while all precautions will be taken, any resulting damage to your property is not the responsibility of Drain Daddy. Cleanup and associated costs will be the responsibility of the property owner.
When utilizing drain cleaning equipment, unforeseen consequences may arise, impacting plumbing issues beyond our control. While we strive to address such issues, if necessary, we may recommend a partner referral for a solution and associated costs will be the responsibility of the property owner.
In rare circumstances, drain cleaning equipment can get caught on a defective joint in your drain causing damage. In some cases, to remove the equipment minor excavation may be required. A price will be given to retrieve and rectify the defective drain. Associated costs are not covered and will be the responsibility of the property owner.
Billing
Payment is due upon receipt of services, unless otherwise specified. Should Drain Daddy not receive payment for any invoice within 30 days of your invoice receipt, the following conditions will apply:
- Those charges may accrue late interest at 5% of the outstanding balance per week and further action may be pursued.
- If your account remains 60 days past due, the account may be forwarded to collections.
- We may condition future contract renewals/service renewals or suspend our services to you until such amount is paid in full.
